• What happens when you access Batteries in the device manager? Are you able to uninstall and reinstall battery driver successfully?

• What happens when you shut down the computer and try to charge the battery? Do you get any indicator to check if it is charging?

If the battery is not getting detected, it could be damaged and needs to repair or replace.

I suggest you to run power troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• PressWindows + X key.
• SelectControl panel.
• In the search box, typeTroubleshooter and then clickTroubleshooting.
• Click on Power and Click on Next button.

No Battery Is Detected

If the issue still persists contact the manufacturer and check for the issue.
