I have used few of the PHP scripts from this site and as any other client of Stivasoft knows, they are good quality and excellent value for money. This weekend they have assisted us this way making a minor edit of their script, but customization which made such a big difference to us. Billing software with source code in php. I don't often post to forums to give product feedback, however, today I feel the need to give Stivasoft support staff a public 'Thank You'. But that's not where your experience ends because these guys really do give the level of support they promise and often go the extra mile to help.

No Battery Is Detected Vaio

Hey everyone, Windows 7 pro oa sea hp software.
I have a HP Pavilion dv7-1130eg running Vista Home Premium 32-bit.
The problem is that my battery is not detected by the PC. When the problem started, it just said, something like 'CONNECTED, NOT CHARGING' and it was at 0% (sorry if my translations aren't fully correct, I have the Slovak language pack loaded in Vista)
We went to a bunch of electro-shops and service centers and everybody said that the battery is broken. Except at one, they said that MAYBE the computer has something broken so that it can't charge the battery.
Hp regulatory model fclsd 0508 manualidades. Then after a few days..it went changed to 'NO BATTERY DETECTED' and no longer was, 'connected, not charging'.
So what am I supposed to do? HP Battery Check says that there is no battery inside and so does Windows, but PC Wizard 2012 says that there is a battery charged at 255% inside..yeah..255%
I did turn the PC off disconnected it from every thing and took out the battery and held the power button for 30 seconds..nothing!
I did reset the BIOS to defaults..nothing!
I did try to turn on the PC on only battery power..didn't turn on, obviously!
I didn't try to update the BIOS yet.
I hate HP Notebooks..aside from this, it overheats and is extremely laggy (I guess the speed is affected by Vista).
Please help me, thanks.

Battery Not Detected Windows 10

Hi,
1st I would clear general corruption and repair/replace damaged/missing system files :
Start - type this in Search Box -> COMMAND find at top and RIGHT CLICK - RUN AS ADMIN
Enter this at the prompt - sfc /scannow
How to analyze the log file entries that the Microsoft Windows Resource Checker (SFC.exe)
program generates in Windows Vista cbs.log

Run checkdisk - schedule it to run at next start and then Apply OK your way out then restart.

Old battery? Unplug power to computer - remove battery and clean the contacts with a pencil
eraser (do not use this if your battery has thin slots - just clean the knife edges that fit into
them and be careful). Batteries do wear out if old, or it could be a problem with the computer.
Check with the support of the system maker and many of them have on line forums.
Newer type Litium-Ion batteries usually last longer if you do not discharge then below 30%
however on a laptop that will not extend their life that much. Best is to use A/C adapter
whenever possible.
I use the free version of BatteryBar to monitor my battery. Click the Green button on the
Yellow box on right side of page to download latest stable version.

You might also want to check with the System Maker and any forums as many use their own
proprietary software to monitor the battery and their could be known issues with your battery.
Try this - make a Restore Point

Then Control Panel - Device Manager - Batteries - Double Click on each item - Drivers tab -
Update Drivers (which may not do anything) - then Right Click and UNINSTALL each -
REBOOT which will refresh the Driver stacks.
